1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of colorandfill.com (the “site”) and to the books, free pages, videos and other materials published by Color & Fill (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying one of our books, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Buying our books

• We don’t sell books or take payments on this site. Our books are printed on demand, sold and shipped by Amazon. When you click “Buy on Amazon” you leave our site, and your purchase is a transaction between you and Amazon, under Amazon’s terms, prices, availability and shipping.
• All sales are final. Color & Fill does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, and we are not able to issue or process them, because we never receive your payment.
• Questions about an order, a delivery, or a damaged or misprinted copy go to Amazon. Amazon’s own policies apply to Amazon orders, and we have no control over them.
• Prices and availability are set and shown by Amazon and can change. We don’t show prices on this site.

3. Free pages and personal use

Our free pages are free to download, print and color for personal, non-commercial use.

You are welcome to:

• print them for yourself and your household;
• share photos of your own finished pages, credited to Color & Fill, ideally with #colorandfill;
• share a link to our Free pages page.

You may not:

• sell, resell or give away our pages or books, printed or digital;
• upload, repost or redistribute the files or images on other sites or services;
• use them in products, crafts for sale, courses, publications or other commercial work;
• use our images or books to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models;
• remove our name, logo or credits.

4. Our content

The books, artwork, page layouts, covers, text, videos, logos and the COLOR&FILL name belong to Color & Fill and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws to the extent those laws apply. We keep all rights we haven’t expressly given you. Some of our artwork is created with the help of AI tools; see our AI disclosure.

5. Using the books and art supplies

Our books are designed for dry mediums such as colored pencils, pastels, charcoal and graphite. Pages are printed on both sides, and wet or heavy media (markers, gel pens, ink, paint) can bleed or show through to the other side. Every book has test pages at the back so you can try your materials first. You use art supplies at your own risk. Follow the supplier’s instructions and safety warnings, and keep small items away from young children.

6. Amazon links

As an Amazon Associate, Color & Fill earns from qualifying purchases. Links to Amazon on this site carry our tracking ID. This doesn’t change the price you pay.

7. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and considerately. Don’t try to disrupt or break into it, don’t use bots or scrapers to copy it in bulk, and don’t pretend to be us.

8. Other sites

The site links to other sites, including Amazon and social media. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms.

9. No warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and our materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

10. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Color & Fill is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, the free pages or the books. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for what the claim is about, which for the site and free pages is nothing, and for books bought on Amazon is nothing paid to us. Some places don’t allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
